Visit your school's Learvana EMS login page

Enter Your Credentials

Type in your username and password (provided by your school)

First Time Login

If this is your first time logging in:

  1. You may be asked to change your password—choose something secure but memorable

Viewing Your Classes

Your classes section shows all the courses you're enrolled in this semester.

How to Access Classes

  1. Click Classes in the left sidebar
  2. You'll see a list of all your classes with teacher names
  3. Click on any class to see more details

Inside a Class

When you click on a class, you'll see tabs for:

  • Overview: Class description and important information
  • Assignments: All homework, quizzes, and projects
  • Grades: Your scores and current grade
  • Materials: Class resources and handouts
  • Classmates: See who's in your class

ℹ️ Class Information

Each class page shows your teacher's name, class schedule, room number, and current grade. You can also message your teacher directly from here!

Stay on top of your assignments to maintain good grades and avoid last-minute stress!

Viewing Assignments

There are two ways to view assignments:

  1. From Dashboard: See upcoming assignments across all classes
  2. From Class Page: See all assignments for that specific class

Assignment Status

  • 📝 Not Started: You haven't submitted yet
  • ⏰ Due Soon: Due within 24-48 hours
  • ✅ Submitted: You've turned it in
  • 🎯 Graded: Teacher has graded it
  • ❌ Missing: Past due and not submitted
  • ⚠️ Late: Submitted after the due date

Submitting an Assignment

Open the Assignment

Click on the assignment you want to submit

Read Instructions Carefully

Make sure you understand what's required

Upload Your Work

Click "Submit" and attach your file or type your response

Add Comments (Optional)

Include any notes or questions for your teacher

Click Submit

You'll get a confirmation that it was received

  1. Review the assignment feedback from your teacher

Sending a Message

  1. Click Messages in the sidebar
  2. Click New Message
  3. Select who you want to message (teacher or classmate)
  4. Type your subject and message
  5. Click Send

  • You have a question about an assignment
